The UFO is a low-flying spacecraft piloted by an alien that is neither Earthling or Funkotronian. It hovers over Earth just above the ground at a fairly slow speed. It doesn't come after the player character, and it makes a fairly recognisable noise from a distance, so is easily avoidable.
If you do come into contact with the UFO, your statisitics will be randomised. Your altered stats can be reverted to normal by the Wizard for 3 bucks, or will be resolved for free when you level up with the Wiseman.
The UFO is most often encountered in low-to-mid levels.
The secret Funkotron level, which can entered at one randomised point in each playthrough, contains a large number of UFOs. As in the main game, these will also alter your stats if you get too close. They are the only enemy on the secret level.
