The Mole or Mole Thief is recurring Earthling in the ToeJam & Earl series.
Moles burrow underground and steal presents from the player.

You can tell where moles are by the line of disturbed ground they leave in their wake as they burrow. If they get underneath you, you will lose some presents. Moles will ignore you if you have no presents.
Moles can be easily neutralized with a decoy; the mole itself does no damage to the decoy, and so will remain attracted to the decoy until some other Earthling pops it.
Moles will occasionally stop burrowing and poke their heads out of the ground and yawn. During this they are vulnerable and can be 'popped' with Tomatoes or Sling Shot.

Mole theives will also steal money in addition to presents.
If you 'pop' a mole thief with tomatoes or Sling Shot, they will drop any presents or money they have taken from you.
