An Indian mystic, he can levitate and is always surrounded by a ring of flowers in bloom.
If a Funkotronian such as ToeJam or Earl stands in this ring of flowers, they will mention how peaceful they feel, and be immune to damage from more hostile Earthlings. If they touch Gandhi Ji, the player character will also levitate in a meditation postion like the guru.
